Now the owners have always been so nice and accommodating, but this jerk is going to make me never order from them again, he is going to truly cost them a very loyal customer, a twice a week ,and a $70.00 every order customer. I ordered tonight and got a guy name musu, he is so rude and nasty! I ordered from my parents tonight for them because I live in coppell so my orders normally go there. I hardly ever make reviews but when I give an establishment to right their wrongs and they treat me as disrespectfully as this poor excuse for a business does I am going to share my HORRENDOUS experience! When I was calm and respectful he was rude, kept cutting me off, and said that my extra $20 was not going to make them richer! Do not spend your money here!!!! They do not appreciate their customers and they do not treat people with respect when THEY and their billing process are the ones who made the mistake. The manager got on the phone and argued me down saying I paid them twice and that I need to give it time because my bank is still pending. I did not call them until this morning (Friday) and requested to speak with the manager. Wednesday came and left and my money was not returned to my account or pending. Spoke with a man who advised me that it is still pending (which it was not per my bank) and that it would be back in my account 3 business days from Sunday. By Tuesday the payments were both cleared and nothing was pending back to my account so I called. The customer service and integrity is ATROCIOUS! First and foremost I ordered food from this God awful establishment on and they double charged me. This is the absolute WORSE company I have ever spent money at in my entire life. Order dinner express but did not provide the option of selecting soup. This is the last time I will order from this place due to bad experience from the delivery.Wings with feather sticking out and broken bones.
For My order was $21, with delivery fees $2 and tax was $25, I gave him $4 cash and he was still not happy. She is 40lbs, about 2.5 ft tall when standing. My dog's nails was just trimmed a week before. I quickly return back into my house and closed my door. I was actually worried that he was about to do something. He even lift his shirt to try and show me something. But he keep standing there and not leave. He looked at the tip I gave him and said my dog scratched him. I apologize and the guy keep standing there. My dog ran out and started jumping on the guy. I got out to grab food from the delivery person and handed him the tip. It was bland and it tasted like everything was marinated in thick.From order to delivery took 57 mins. I ordered the garlic chicken and it was pretty bad. Oh, man, I never like to do this but I hope it helps the business out. This whole roach was in my kung pao chicken. moreįinding a roach cooked in your food is gross. Apologies for the short review, but there no doubt this place is satisfying.
The food is just GOOD, the people are friendly. It's a solid spot that has never let us down, with good flavors and value for. We've been going to this place for longer than we've known about Yelp, so not surprising that the reviews are so few.
